Laura A. Sordillo is an artist who is interested in the way the properties of light interact. Stemming from her experience as a scientist, in her oil paintings, she explores how light reflects and scatters, and leads to changes in color and shape. She frequently paints portraits and scenes from everyday life. Laura lives and works in New York City and Amagansett, NY.
